As a project developer, we manage the project with the following functions.

2. Investment and Trading


Today, with global environmental necessities and the economic growth of developing countries, world annual demand for LNG led by China and India etc. is expected to increase from current 400 million tons(as of 2023) to 670 million tons toward 2040(S&P Global).

Especially LNG demand in Southeast and South Asia besides China and India is expected to grow greatly. In order to capture these emerging demand, it is required that not only LNG trading by itself but also a value chain packaging solution that meets the needs of the partner country such as LNG transmission terminal, development of receiving terminal including floating method and power plant construction.

We will make necessary investments through strategic alliances with government-affiliated financial institutions and domestic /overseas investment funds etc. in projects that require infrastructure development in cultivating LNG demand in emerging countries.

  3. Business Consulting


We conduct advising / consulting business to lead the project to success, along with the project owner who advances the project.

We offer high-level solutions and consulting in all fields of energy business based on our domestic and overseas business network.

Taking LNG business as an example, we will give practical advice in such areas as EPC, finance, governmental permission, LNG procurement in each development of value chain from natural gas well to pipeline, liquefaction facility, marine facility, vessels, receiving terminal, power station etc.

If necessary, we will coordinate with domestic and foreign government agencies, engineering companies, financial institutions and will also do field survey and arrangement of contract documents etc.

 LNG marketing and funding activities for Qilak project which is planned to supply LNG from Alaska arctic North Slope by ice-breaking LNG ships to Japan/Asia

 Review of LNG marine transportation & marketing to Asia/China by utilization of Japanese LNG terminals with transshipment function

Kyoto Maizuru port LNG terminal project

 In view of National Land Resilience Plan and recent Modal Shift trend, the review of construction of LNG receiving terminal at Maizuru port to receive in-land LNG ship
